Anna Prozorova

I have been conducting psychological consultations since 2007 and psychotherapy since 2015.

I practice psychoanalytic psychotherapy (psychoanalysis). I use the TFP approach when working with people with borderline, narcissistic, and other personality disorders.

I also integrate schema therapy into my practice, which helps us carefully untangle deep life scripts and emotional traps that make you experience loneliness or anxiety over and over again.

Member of the National Psychological Association, Division of Psychoanalytic Psychology and Psychotherapy. Member of the Complex Trauma Institute (UK).

Personal experience of psychotherapy since 2015. Personal experience of group psychotherapy — 5 years. I receive supervision on an ongoing basis.

Frequently Asked

If you didn't find an answer — write to me. The first consultation is non-binding.

How do I book a consultation? +

The easiest way is to message me via any convenient messenger: Telegram, WhatsApp, or Viber at +38 098 444 4585. Please write when you are available to meet, and we will agree on a session time.

How do I know if I need psychotherapy? +

If you notice that recurring emotional patterns interfere with your life, relationships are unsatisfying, you frequently experience anxiety, sadness, or emptiness, or your current way of living does not satisfy you — these are important signals. The first session carries no obligation: it is an opportunity to jointly determine if it makes sense to move forward.

Why are there no client reviews on the website? +

Publishing reviews of psychotherapy contradicts the core principles of our work.

Confidentiality. The very fact that a person seeks psychological help is private information. Any review — even anonymous — can reveal this fact or details of the client's personal situation.

Ethics of psychotherapy. Using the positive experiences of clients for marketing purposes violates the psychotherapist's code of ethics. The therapeutic relationship cannot be used as a promotional tool.

Uniqueness of outcomes. Psychotherapy is not a standardized service with a predictable, uniform outcome. Someone else's experience is not a guarantee or forecast for you, so reviews can be misleading.

If you have questions about how the work is done, you can always write to me directly or book an initial consultation.
