How I work with this
Childcare questions often provoke strong emotions in parents: anxiety, guilt, fear of making mistakes. In my work, I help parents find support in their own knowledge: reading the child's signals and trusting themselves.

If you recognised 3+ points — it is a good reason to talk to a psychologist.
Approach & Methodology
My Approach
At the first meeting, we figure out what is currently worrying you and what attempts have already been made. Together we develop an individual plan focused on the age and needs of your child.
- Practical advice on sleep and rest routines
- Discussion of breastfeeding, complementary feeding, potty training
- Working with parental anxiety related to childcare
Questions & Answers
Do you give specific instructions on how to establish sleep or end breastfeeding?
No, I do not work as a sleep consultant or a lactation specialist. We focus on your emotional states, anxieties, and internal conflicts that accompany these processes. Exploring your psychological state often helps relieve the tension that interferes with the natural course of child care.
Why does potty training cause me so much aggression?
This stage often brings up deep issues of control, bodily boundaries, and power. Your aggression might be a reaction to a subjective feeling of powerlessness or an echo of how issues of obedience and control were handled in your own childhood. In sessions, we explore this dynamic safely and without judgment.
How can therapy help if the problem is with a child who constantly cries or refuses solid foods?
Infants are extremely sensitive to the emotional state of the adult and their ability to digest complex feelings (containment). When a mother experiences excessive anxiety during feeding, the child reads this tension bodily. By reducing your internal anxiety, we create a more relaxed and safe environment for the baby.
Do I need to be present at the session with my infant?
Usually, for such requests, the main therapeutic work is conducted individually with the mother or father. Your mental state is the emotional environment in which the child grows. By working through your own reactions, we indirectly help the baby adapt more easily to changes in routine. However, if you have no one to leave the baby with, we can discuss the format of online meetings.
