In my practice, I am guided by both the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data and the strict ethical standards of the psychotherapeutic community (including the standards of Transference-Focused Psychotherapy — TFP, and schema therapy).

2.1. Contact Form on the Website
When you book a consultation through the form on the website, you voluntarily provide the following data:
- Name — for personal reference and identification;
- Phone number — for feedback and scheduling sessions;
- Preferred messenger (Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, or phone call) — for communication;
- Brief description of your concern (optional) — for initial assessment of the therapy topic.
This data is used solely to establish initial contact and organize the psychotherapeutic process. It is never shared with third parties.
2.2. Google Analytics
This website uses the Google Analytics web analytics service to collect anonymous visit statistics. Google Analytics collects the following data:

- Approximate geographical location (country, city);
- Traffic sources (search engines, social networks, etc.);

2.3. Microsoft Clarity
To analyze user interaction with the website interface, the Microsoft Clarity tool is used. It captures:
- Clicks, page scrolling, and mouse movements;
- Recordings of anonymous user sessions of interaction with website elements (without recording sensitive data entered into forms).
This data helps detect technical errors on the website and make the interface more user-friendly. Microsoft Clarity operates in accordance with strict security and privacy standards. Any personal data is automatically masked.

It is protected by the professional ethics of a psychotherapist and is not subject to disclosure under any circumstances (except as provided by the current legislation of Ukraine concerning a threat to the life of the Client or others). Professional supervisions and intervisions, which I regularly undergo to improve the quality of therapy, are conducted in a strictly anonymized form, completely excluding the possibility of identifying the client.

You have the right at any time to:
- Request the deletion of your contact data from my work records;
- Disable tracking of your actions using cookies (by configuring your browser or using browser add-ons to opt-out of analytics).
